Happiness is a sentence that carries a lot of different feelings and meanings, but also a phrase that most of us want to be in it. The fact, that happiness is the one that wanted everyone in life. 1. Make a daily journal, write 5 things that make sense to thank
It becomes small, large, or anything in between. Perhaps it was something as simple as the sun rises in the morning with a quiet, ran that make themselves feel alive, a cup of coffee with the aroma. Whatever it is, write it down to make yourself feel good. Write or think things big or small, and write down five things that you are grateful for each day, no matter how bad the day. This trains your brain to gratitude, stress and worry away from yourself.

2. Exit the house and be in the sun
Vitamin D acts like a hormone in the body and is naturally found in sunlight, therefore, natural sunlight is one of the most powerful tools we have and that we can use to feel better quickly.

3. Sports, at least three times per week
